Basically, it's one big room, with inside garden, kitchen, mattresses, cold water bathtub and table, and a balcony with a beautiful view . There is only dry toilet which is separated but within the house. So there is no water-boiler in the house. There is shower 50m away, where you can use warm water available few hours daily.

In the lower part of the estate, there is a improvised concert stage, summer kitchen, beautiful tree house with ping pong table, chill area with benches and hammocks.

This is a wonderful relaxing location in nature. Dejan is a fantastic host who was very welcoming and responsive.

I must add however that there are a lot of insects during this season. The bug net was not very effective due to some holes. It is probably best to come in the dry season or bring a tent and stay in the campground if you want to come this time of year. We were nearly eaten alive after two nights

Other than this, I have no complaints! The hobbit hole is a beautiful one-of-a-kind stay. It was a great escape from the city!

The Hobbit House is a unique experience that truly allows you to live in harmony with nature. The house is basic but facilitates all your needs if you are inventive and creative. The location was very remote, un disturbed, and great for wild walking.

It is located at the very end of village, so you have road, electicity, fresh water, interent, but you will be in the middle of the woods. There is one area with sumer kitchen, and concert stage, nice for light spot activities, like frisbee, table tenis etc.
